Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber , skin and seeds removed and cubed
  • 1/2 C coconut , 1 green chilli and 1 tsp cumin - coarsely grounded
  • ................................................
  • 1 C thick yogurt , beaten
  • ..............................................
  • Temper :
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seed
  • 1 tsp ginger strips
  • 1 dry red chilli , broken
  • 1 sprig curry leaves

Directions
  1. Fry the cucumber in 1 tbsp oil in a closed pan , keeping a low flame .
  2. When half done , add the grounded paste and mix for few secs and check the salt .
  3. Remove and cool it .
  4. Add the yogurt and temper .
  5. Serve FRESH .
