How to make it

  • Fry the cucumber in 1 tbsp oil in a closed pan , keeping a low flame .
  • When half done , add the grounded paste and mix for few secs and check the salt .
  • Remove and cool it .
  • Add the yogurt and temper .
  • Serve FRESH .
