How to make it

  • For the cake :
  • Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  • Whisk everything until smooth .
  • Add chocolate chips .
  • Bake 20 to 25 mins until done .
  • Cool it and slice it into 2 and chill it .
  • .............................................
  • Wash the cake pan and dry it .
  • Line it with plastic wrap , just enough to drape few inches on the sides .
  • Soften the icecream abit , just enough to mix with a wooden spoon and add the nuts .
  • Mix well .
  • Dump half of the icecream in the pan and pack it down with no gap .
  • Put a cake layer on top .
  • Cover and chill to set for 2 hours .
  • Continue with the other cake layer and the other half icecream .
  • Once set , remove .
  • Unmould it on a serving plate and Glaze it on top
  • OR
  • Use the extra icecream to spread on top and
  • ......... Use a knife dipped in hot water and then wipped with a clean towel to run it on the top and sides for an even finishing .
  • Freeze 1 to 2 hours .
  • Serve COLD : )
