Spicy Mushroom Sauce For Beef

A great sauce to jazz up a grilled steak.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. white mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 Anaheim or jalapeno pepper, cut in half, seeded and julienned shopping list
- 1 onion, julienned shopping list
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4oz. butter, cold, unsalted, and cut into cubes shopping list
- 2 tbls. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil over medium heat
- Add mushrooms and saute for a minute
- Add onions and saute until onions are tender
- Add pepper and sauteing until onions start to brown
- Add Worcestershire to deglaze pan
- Remove from heat and whisk in butter a little at a time
