How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butter shallow pan
- Saut'e the sausage and onions in a skillet over medium heat, breaking up the meat until rawness disappears.
- Core the apples, making a hole about 1 1/4 inches in diameter and cut them in half horizontally.
- Place them in the pan and stuff firmly with the sausage.
- Sprinkle on the brown sugar and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
- Serve with Maple Syrup
