Seafood Linguini Recipe
This seafood linguini can be made with just shrimp or shrimp and scallops. You may want to have all ingredients handy; the cooking process is pretty quick.

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 5 cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 3 Tbs. dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz. shrimp; peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz. scallops
  • 3 Tbs. freshly chopped parsley
  • 12 oz. linguini

Directions
  1. Cook pasta til al dente.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Saute onion and garlic until onion is golden brown.
  4. Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute.
  5. Add wine and cream and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Add shrimp and scallops and simmer until cooked through. Mix in parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over linguini and serve!

I can't wait to try this. It sounds soooooo good :)


Just make sure you have everything ready ahead of time. From the time the onions are done, then the flour is done is only a few minutes. That also goes for the cream. I have burnt this (in the begining) when I first attempted to make it, LOL


I love the creamy white sauce used in your Seafood Linguini.
