Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook pasta til al dente.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Saute onion and garlic until onion is golden brown.
  • Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute.
  • Add wine and cream and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  • Add shrimp and scallops and simmer until cooked through. Mix in parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over linguini and serve!

    Just make sure you have everything ready ahead of time. From the time the onions are done, then the flour is done is only a few minutes. That also goes for the cream. I have burnt this (in the begining) when I first attempted to make it, LOL
