Easy Cafe Brulot After Dinner Coffee

this recipe is easier than the original version... it makes 2 cups but you serve it demitasse cups...
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur shopping list
- 2 teasp. sugar shopping list
- 3 ( 2-inch ) strips of orange zest shopping list
- 3 ( 2-inch) strips of lemon zest shopping list
- 6 whole cloves shopping list
- 1 -2 cinnamon sticks shopping list
- 2 cups fresh brewed coffee shopping list
How to make it
- in a small saucepan combine all ingredients.... except the coffee
- heat over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves
- stir in the coffee
- strain into demitasse or espresso cups and serve immediately
