This is a yummy bleu cheese dip, created by my friend, Cathy. So creamy, yummy and full of flavor. Great with veggies or even crackers!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 oz bleu cheese crumbles
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream (can use light or fat free)
  • 3 Tbs mayo (can use light...I wouldn't use fat free)
  • 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder

Directions
  1. Mash onions and cheese together.
  2. Add sour cream and blend with fork
  3. Add mayo, worcestershire sauce, blend
  4. Add sprinkle garlic powder to taste.
  5. refrigerate at least an hour.
  6. **This would also make a delicious "stuffing" for chicken or steak!
  7. ***Enjoy!
