How to make it

  • Mix everything but the chicken, and white wine. Pour it over the chicken in a large bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight)
  • Bake chicken at 350 for 1 hour in a single layer basting every 10 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and scrape pan juices and brown bits into a frying pan. Heat pan and add the white wine, stir then add chicken.
