Cajun Cafe Bourbon Chicken

- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces. shopping list
- 4 ounces of soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp powdered ginger shopping list
- 1 tbs dried minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup Jim Beam bourbon whiskey shopping list
- 1 tbls white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything but the chicken, and white wine. Pour it over the chicken in a large bowl
- Cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight)
- Bake chicken at 350 for 1 hour in a single layer basting every 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken and scrape pan juices and brown bits into a frying pan. Heat pan and add the white wine, stir then add chicken.
