Scalloped Potatoes With Onions

These are incredibly easy, but not easy on taste, they are bursting with great flavor. Sure to please all the potato lovers in your household.

Alternate potatoes, onions and pats of butter in a greased casserole dish.
Mix together just enough milk with the flour to make a paste.
When mixed gradually add remaining milk to flour then pour over potatoes and onions.
Top with strips of cheese and bake uncovered at 400 for 45 minutes.
