How to make it

  • Score surface of ham with shallow diamond shaped cuts then insert cloves in cuts.
  • Combine preserves and mustard then spread over ham.
  • Pat brown sugar over apricot mixture then place ham on a rack in roasting pan.
  • Bake at 325 for 20 minutes per pound.
