Apricot Baked Ham

- 6 pound fully cooked rump half ham shopping list
- 20 whole cloves shopping list
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves shopping list
- 3 tablespoons mustard powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed shopping list
How to make it
- Score surface of ham with shallow diamond shaped cuts then insert cloves in cuts.
- Combine preserves and mustard then spread over ham.
- Pat brown sugar over apricot mixture then place ham on a rack in roasting pan.
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes per pound.
