I usually use this on my chicken in the rotisserie...but it would be fabulous on any meat. Not too hot...nice & warm

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar (I like dark)
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/8 cup fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and sift. Store in air tight container for up to six months.
