How to make it

  • Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  • Grease 2 9 inch pans .
  • Melt the chocolate and the butter .
  • Beat the eggs and the sugar until thickened .
  • Add the melted chocolate and beat until just mixed .
  • Fold in the dry ing with yogurt and essence
  • Pour in the pan and bake for 20 mins
  • Chill for 30 mins .
  • ............................
  • Ganache :
  • Heat the cream and sugar together .
  • Pour on the chocolate .
  • Leave it for 5 mins .
  • Now whisk until smooth .
  • Use it as filling and top and sides .
  • Chill for 1 hr .
  • ........................
  • Mousse :
  • Whisk the cream and sugar until firm but not stiff .
  • Fold in the melted chocolate .
  • Fold the nuts ( optional ) and chill until needed
  • ...........................
  • Spread the mousse on top and sides .
  • Coat semi sweet choc mini- morsels on sides and arrange strawberries on top .
  • Chill 2 hrs or until set .
  • ...........................
