Chocolate Extravaganza Cake

- 100 g butter shopping list
- 6 oz semi sweet baking chocolate shopping list
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate shopping list

- 1 1/2 C cake flour , 2 tsp baking pwd , 1 tsp salt - sifted shopping list
- ......... shopping list
- 7 L eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- .......... shopping list
- 1/2 C yogurt shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanila shopping list
- ......................................................................................................... shopping list
- Ganache : shopping list
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate shopping list
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 2 C heavy cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- .................................................................................................................. shopping list
- Mousse : shopping list
- 2 C cream shopping list
- 3/4 C sugar shopping list
- 4 oz baking chocolate shopping list
- 1 C unsalted cashew nuts chopped ( optional ) shopping list
- .......................................................................................................... shopping list
- semi sweet chocolate mini- morsels shopping list
- strawberries , halved and dipped in chocolate shopping list

How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
- Grease 2 9 inch pans .
- Melt the chocolate and the butter .
- Beat the eggs and the sugar until thickened .
- Add the melted chocolate and beat until just mixed .
- Fold in the dry ing with yogurt and essence
- Pour in the pan and bake for 20 mins
- Chill for 30 mins .
- ............................
- Ganache :
- Heat the cream and sugar together .
- Pour on the chocolate .
- Leave it for 5 mins .
- Now whisk until smooth .
- Use it as filling and top and sides .
- Chill for 1 hr .
- ........................
- Mousse :
- Whisk the cream and sugar until firm but not stiff .
- Fold in the melted chocolate .
- Fold the nuts ( optional ) and chill until needed
- ...........................
- Spread the mousse on top and sides .
- Coat semi sweet choc mini- morsels on sides and arrange strawberries on top .
- Chill 2 hrs or until set .
