How to make it

  • Cook pasta. Place carrots in a colander, drain pasta over carrots to softened; transfer to bowl.
  • Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat; add chicken and garlic, cook until done about 4-5 mins. Add to pasta
  • DRESSING: From orange grate 1tsp rind and squeeze out 1/4c of juice. Mix with vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger and cayenne.
  • Toss with pasta, chicken and green onion; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
