Stuffed Onions

- 6 med. size vadailia onions shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely chopped brazil nuts shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice shopping list
- 2 tbls. lemon juice shopping list
- 1egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 stick butter shopping list
- 1 tbls. soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Peel & remove a slice from the top of each onion.Boil about 30 min. until almost tender. Scoop out center to make shell 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine nuts, rice,lemon juice,egg, and rest of salt & pepper . Fill onion shells. srinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.Place 1 pad of butter top each with drop of soy sauce. Bake at 350 about 15 min. or heated thoroughly. Serve as side .
