How to make it

  • Marinate the shrimp in a glass or stainless steel bowl with the grapefruit juice, half the oil, and cilantro……..
  • at the same time, marinate the scallops in the orange juice, the remaining oil, and the mint.
  • Stir both mixtures & refrigerate for half an hour; preheat the broiler….
  • Alternate shrimps and scallops on skewers and broil for 2 minutes.
  • Brush with marinade (you can combine the two together now), and broil another few minutes until the shrimps and scallops are are lightly browned.
