How to make it

  • Cut steak into serving size portions place in slow cooker. In a medium size bowl combine mushroom soup, soup mix & water, pour over beef.
  • Cover & cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. (Some slow cookers cook differently, mine cooks faster, so cook accordingly to your cooker)
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or biscuits if desired.

    I absolutely love this... We've officially added it into our dinner rotation and have it at least once few weeks. So delicious! Have had it both over biscuits and mashed potatoes. :)
