Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak (I even use stew meat)

1 can (10 3/4oz) cream mushroom soup

1 to 2 envelopes onion soup mix

1/2 Cup water

Mashed potatoes or biscuits

Directions

Cut steak into serving size portions place in slow cooker. In a medium size bowl combine mushroom soup, soup mix & water, pour over beef.

Cover & cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. (Some slow cookers cook differently, mine cooks faster, so cook accordingly to your cooker)

Serve over mashed potatoes or biscuits if desired.
