Beef in Mushroom Gravy

- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak (I even use stew meat) shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 to 2 envelopes onion soup mix shopping list
- 1/2 Cup water shopping list
- mashed potatoes or biscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Cut steak into serving size portions place in slow cooker. In a medium size bowl combine mushroom soup, soup mix & water, pour over beef.
- Cover & cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. (Some slow cookers cook differently, mine cooks faster, so cook accordingly to your cooker)
- Serve over mashed potatoes or biscuits if desired.
