Ingredients

Measured EXACTLY for test purposes:

1/4 cup self rising flour

1/8th cup rice flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 beaten egg

1/8th cup of water.

Directions

Grease the pan with canola oil

Have oven pre-heated to 350*F

Bake test biscuit for between 12 to 15 minutes.

NOTE:

This test recipe made ONE biscuit.

To enlarge on this, double, triple, or quadruple the amounts, except for the salt. Add salt to your preference only.
