How to make it

  • Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil till golden brown.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.
  • Add the mixed herbs, and the water. Bring to the boil.
  • add the kuskus, and simmer untill cooked.
  • Add the broad beans and cook for a further 10 minutes.

    Sounds wonderful.I never had broad beans before. Do you use the fresh ones, or the dry beans?
