Crazy Plum Jam Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups plums; seeded and chopped

1 package pectin

6 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 package raspberry Koolaid; unsweetened

1 cup walnuts; chopped

Directions

Boil plums and pectin for 1 minute.

Add remaining ingredients, boil 4 more minutes.

Pour into sterilized jam jars.

Wipe rims with a clean, damp cloth.

Place prepared lids in jars and screw on bands tightly.

Let cool on towel.

Make about 8 cups.
