How to make it

  • Boil plums and pectin for 1 minute.
  • Add remaining ingredients, boil 4 more minutes.
  • Pour into sterilized jam jars.
  • Wipe rims with a clean, damp cloth.
  • Place prepared lids in jars and screw on bands tightly.
  • Let cool on towel.
  • Make about 8 cups.
