How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Lightly grease baking sheet
  • Combine mayo, 1 Tbs parmesan cheese, dijon, lemon juice in a small bowl
  • mix ingredients together
  • stir in 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • arrange filets on baking sheet
  • spread bread crumb mixture, evenly over filets
  • In another small bowl combine melted margarine, remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Mix together and sprinkle over fish
  • Bake 15-17 minutes until fish flakes with a fork

  • ***By the way, Step number 8 can be omitted entirely and your fish will still be delicious, and have plenty of flavor and zestiness! (and you reduce some of the calories!)

    Would you happen to have any suggestions for a "Horseradish" crusted halibut??? Maybe omit the dijon and sub. with horseradish??? Thanks for the recipe, I think I might experiment a bit with it.
