Ingredients
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cold milk, divided
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the strawberries, almonds and sugar.
  2. Pour into crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add 1/2 cup of milk.
  4. Add pudding mix and remaining milk.
  5. Beat for 1 minute or until blended; pour over strawberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
