Vodka Watermelon martini

- Serves 4
makes four to eight (depending on size of your martini glass!). Nice way to use up watermelon.
Ingredients
- 1/4 seedless watermelon shopping list
- 1 tray ice shopping list
- 1/2 cup vodka shopping list
How to make it
- Place (or cram) all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until everything is blended.
- You may need to half this recipe depending on the size of your blender.

Sounds great....I soak watermelon in vodka so that I make sure I get my daily requirements of fruit....:)
