A cake born of necessity and requested again!

Ingredients
  • 1 box devils food cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 overripe bananas chopped or mashed
  • 1 mince meat pie filling-if using concentrate, reconstitute according to instructions and allow to cool
  • 1 stick melted (1/4 lb.) butter-I guess you could use spread or margarine, but we don't-you can melt in with pie filling if you are heating this

Directions
  1. combine all ingredients in 3 quart casserole and microwave 15 minutes
  2. serve with vanilla ice cream and/or caramel sauce
