Cheesy Artichoke Bread Recipe
This bread is so good. I made it one night when my little Brother Kevin was visiting. I was making a simple pasta dish and wanted to try something different than garlic bread. My family loved it.

Ingredients
  • 1 can atrichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Hellmans real mayo ( this is the best brand I have tried of Mayo)
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic (adjust to taste) finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese (best to use fresh grated!!)
  • 1 loaf french or italian loaf halved lengthwise

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except bread and mix well ( i used my food processor)
  2. spread on the bread and close
  3. bake at 350 F 20 min or until golden
