How to make it

  • Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  • Grease a 23 cm pan .
  • Beat and set aside the egg whites .
  • Beat the yolks and sugar until creamy and thick .
  • Add the rind and juice and beat until well combined .
  • Add the flour and the whites .
  • Mix until combined .
  • Bake for 1 hour and until firm to touch .
  • Cool it .
  • Cut into 2 .
  • Spread the whipcream .
  • Arrange the Lemon-Lime slices on top .
