Lemon Lime Cake

- 6 egg whites and yolk . shopping list
- 1 1/4 C caster sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon rind shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime rind shopping list
- 1/4 C lemon and lime juice shopping list
- 1 C potato flour , sifted shopping list
- Filling : shopping list
- 1 /4 C cream , whipped shopping list
- Topping : shopping list
- 1 lemon and 2 lime , slice thin and pat it dry with a towel . shopping list
- Coat with caster sugar . shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
- Grease a 23 cm pan .
- Beat and set aside the egg whites .
- Beat the yolks and sugar until creamy and thick .
- Add the rind and juice and beat until well combined .
- Add the flour and the whites .
- Mix until combined .
- Bake for 1 hour and until firm to touch .
- Cool it .
- Cut into 2 .
- Spread the whipcream .
- Arrange the Lemon-Lime slices on top .
