Bourbon Marinated Steak

A wonderful steak cooked outdoors on the grill. M-M-M. Hiccup!
Ingredients
- 1 3-4 lb. top sirloin steak shopping list
- 1/2 cup bourbon shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry red wine shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place steak in a deep dish, combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Allow steak to marinate for 4-5 hours. Remove steak and grill over hot charcoal or gas grill, basting often with marinade. Cook steak to desired doneness.

This recipe will make my husband a happy man, although he may watch like a hawk over me not to spill more bourbon than what I need.
