Bourbon Marinated Steak Recipe

Ingredients

1 3-4 lb. top sirloin steak

1/2 cup bourbon

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup dry red wine

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions

Place steak in a deep dish, combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Allow steak to marinate for 4-5 hours. Remove steak and grill over hot charcoal or gas grill, basting often with marinade. Cook steak to desired doneness.
