How to make it
- Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
- Mix sugar and coffee; gradually add to egg whites, beating constantly until blended.
- Fold in nuts and vanilla.
- Drop by tsp. onto greased sheets at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Makes 48 cookies.
