How to make it

  • Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  • Mix sugar and coffee; gradually add to egg whites, beating constantly until blended.
  • Fold in nuts and vanilla.
  • Drop by tsp. onto greased sheets at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Makes 48 cookies.
