- 2 lbs sirloin steak (Could use round steak) shopping list
- fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
- ground mustard to Taste shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon butter shopping list
- 8 medium mushrooms shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped shopping list
- worcestershire sauce to taste shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Cut Steak into serving pieces; pound on both sides to tenderize.
- Rub pepper and mustard into both sides of steak
- Melt butter over medium low heat and add steak. Cook on both sides to desired stage and remove steak to a platter and keep warm.
- Place onions, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in pan and saute until onions and mushrooms are cooked through.
- Pour mushroom sauce over steak and serve.
