Full of chillies and onions but
it never gave away the real taste , until I tried .
Sweet ... nice and sweet .
Got this recipe from my Srilankan friend .

Ingredients
- 6 medium brinjals , sliced and mixed withs alt and pinch of tumeric
- 6 cardamoms
- 12 green chillies , slit
- 12 small onions , peeled and kept whole
- 1 tbsp curry leaves
- 12 seedless dates , sliced
- Vinegar to taste
Directions
- Heat oil and fry the brinjal .
- Add the onions , green chillies , curry leaves and spices
- Add the vinegar to taste .
- Mix the dates in .
