Full of chillies and onions but it never gave away the real taste , until I tried . Sweet ... nice and sweet . Got this recipe from my Srilankan friend .

- 6 medium brinjals , sliced and mixed withs alt and pinch of tumeric
- 6 cardamoms
- 12 green chillies , slit
- 12 small onions , peeled and kept whole
- 1 tbsp curry leaves
- 12 seedless dates , sliced
- Vinegar to taste

Ingredients

6 medium brinjals , sliced and mixed withs alt and pinch of tumeric shopping list
6 cardamoms shopping list
12 green chillies , slit shopping list
12 small onions , peeled and kept whole shopping list
1 tbsp curry leaves shopping list
12 seedless dates , sliced shopping list
vinegar to taste shopping list

How to make it

Heat oil and fry the brinjal .
Add the onions , green chillies , curry leaves and spices
Add the vinegar to taste .
Mix the dates in .
