Lemon Chiffon Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 Tbsps. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • grated rind of half lemon
  • 3 eggs (seperated)
  • 1 cup milk
  • the egg whites stiffly beaten

Directions
  1. Mix together
  2. 5 Tbsps. flour
  3. 1 c. sugar
  4. Cut in 3 Tablespoons butter.
  5. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice and grated rind of half lemon.
  6. Add yolks of 3 eggs, well beaten.
  7. Mix well then add 1 cup milk and whites of the eggs stiffly beaten.
  8. Pour into buttered baking dish---place in pan of warm water and bake in moderate 350 degree oven 1 hour----cool before serving.

This looks awesome as I'm a sucker for lemon anything. But you need to change the 14 cup to a 1/4 cup! I had to think about it for a few seconds, lol.
