Lemon Chiffon Pudding

- 5 Tbsps. flour shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- grated rind of half lemon shopping list
- 3 eggs (seperated) shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- the egg whites stiffly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together
- 5 Tbsps. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- Cut in 3 Tablespoons butter.
- Add 1/4 cup lemon juice and grated rind of half lemon.
- Add yolks of 3 eggs, well beaten.
- Mix well then add 1 cup milk and whites of the eggs stiffly beaten.
- Pour into buttered baking dish---place in pan of warm water and bake in moderate 350 degree oven 1 hour----cool before serving.

This looks awesome as I'm a sucker for lemon anything. But you need to change the 14 cup to a 1/4 cup! I had to think about it for a few seconds, lol.
