Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground smoked ham
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2-1/4 Cups plain bread crumbs
  • 1-1/4 Cups Milk (at least 2%)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1-1/2 Cups brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 Cups Water
  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix up the first 8 ingredients together and mold them into 33 little balls and put them in a baking pan.
  3. Mix up the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and pour them over the balls.
  4. Bake 'em at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours basting every 15 minutes. (It's worth it I promise!)

Yep, even I am subject to typos, Laura was right, I made a boo boo with this recipe...oh well, I never did profess to be perfect. ;) I've made the changes though, thanks for the heads up. :) Kristine


I've never had Ham Balls, actually - but they sound fabulous! Gotta try this one! =)
