How to make it

  • Very slightly caramelize the onions in a frying pan with a little olive oil prior to adding to the other ingredients.
  • Cook until thick and season further to your own tastes if you like.
  • Bottle and store!

  • This sauce keeps very well in the refrigerator, and can also be frozen.
