How to make it

  • Cook the octopus with the whole onion and salt in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes (frozen octopus will be more tender).
  • When cold, chop the octopus in small pieces and add the cubed vegetables.
  • Make a vinagrette with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic and add to the salad.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped parsley leaves and enjoy!
