Great way to use onions, This makes a great side dish with filet mignon.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. onions
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions
  1. Boil onions in water until tender and drain.
  2. Place onions, honey, rum and butter in large skillet and cook over low heat until onions are well glazed.
