Greek Inspired Meatballs Recipe

Greek Inspired Meatballs Recipe
These meatballs are a family favorite. I have a hard time keeping everyone out of the kitchen when I make them. They just keep stealing them. Serve them as is or with your favorite pasta and tomato sauce.

These meatballs "keftedakia" the way you make them are perfect - Another traditional Greek/Middle Eastern way of serving them is to toss them in a thick yoghurt and garlic sauce and then copiously sprinkle them with herbs.

Honey, these sound wonderful, I love the addition of mint. I love our local restaurant that serves a greek spaghetti. I can't wait to try these.

I like the sound of these! I'm printing it right now. Thanks for the great post.
