    Haven't met an anchovy I didn't like. This dressing rocks. I love it on fresh spinach with bacon and hard cooked eggs. Equally good on a romaine salad with roasted diced red peppers, halved cherry tomatoes and garlic croutons. I've been known to soak some chicken breasts in the dressing and bake it in the oven and serve it with rice and peas.
