How to make it

  • Chutney
  • In a medium saucepan, cook leek in 2 tsp hot oi until just tender
  • Remove form heat; sitr in remaining ingredients and set aside
  • Brush 2 tsp oil over swordfish steaks and grill over medium heat about 6 - 8 minutes per 1/2" thickness, turning once
  • Fish should flake easily with a fork
  • Serve with chutney
