Ingredients
  • 2 - 6 to 8 oz. swordfish filets, 3/4 to 1" thick
  • Chutney
  • 1 small leek or 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 C)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 C tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 C snipped fresh basi
  • 1 Tbl drained capers
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions
  1. Chutney
  2. In a medium saucepan, cook leek in 2 tsp hot oi until just tender
  3. Remove form heat; sitr in remaining ingredients and set aside
  4. Brush 2 tsp oil over swordfish steaks and grill over medium heat about 6 - 8 minutes per 1/2" thickness, turning once
  5. Fish should flake easily with a fork
  6. Serve with chutney
