Swordfish with Tomato Chutney

- 2 - 6 to 8 oz. swordfish filets, 3/4 to 1" thick shopping list
- chutney shopping list
- 1 small leek or 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 C) shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 C tomato, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/4 C snipped fresh basi shopping list
- 1 Tbl drained capers shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Chutney
- In a medium saucepan, cook leek in 2 tsp hot oi until just tender
- Remove form heat; sitr in remaining ingredients and set aside
- Brush 2 tsp oil over swordfish steaks and grill over medium heat about 6 - 8 minutes per 1/2" thickness, turning once
- Fish should flake easily with a fork
- Serve with chutney
