Dump Truck Bars

This is everythin but the kitchen sink. best part-its no bake. Just a few minutes on your stovetop and then to the fridge for chillin.
Ingredients
- 2 - Cups confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 - 6 oz package chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 Cup butter shopping list
- 1 - 15 oz. package (about 42) Oreo cookies, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 Cup melted butter. shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups Spanish peanuts shopping list
- 1/2 Gallon vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Combine confectioners sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan.
- Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool.
- Combine crushed cookies with 1/2 melted butter.
- Pat into greased 9x13 " baking dish and freeze until firm.
- Sprinkle with Spanish peanuts over cookie crust.
- Spread softened ice cream over peanuts and cover with cooled chocolate sauce.
- Freeze until ready to serve. Slice into bars.
