How to make it

  • Boil water .
  • Add the carrot and continue to boil for 2 mins and remove it to a serving plate .
  • Add the broccoli florets to the same water and take out once the colour changes . ( The whole process will take less than 30 secs )
  • Add them to the carrots and toss to mix .
  • In a pan fry the garlic .
  • Add the sauce and mix .
  • Now the stock goes in and mix well .
  • Add the cornflour and let it thicken .
  • Pour it over the vegetables .
  • Can serve with blanched fresh shrimps ( optional ) .
