  • (1) SMALL ONION (CHOPPED)
  • (2) TEASPOONS OF GARLIC JUICE
  • (1-1/2) CUPS RAW RICE
  • (1) CAN OF TOMAOES OR FOUR LARGE TOMATOES
  • (1)TABLE SPOON OF WORCESTERCHIRE SAUCE
  • (2-1/2) CUPS OF WATER
  • (1) LARGE CHICKEN - CUT UP
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • (1/4)-(1/2) CUPOF COOKING OIL

Directions
  1. LIGHTLY FLOUR CHICKEN AND BROWN INOIL
  2. AFTER BROWNING REMOVE FROM PAN
  3. USE AN ELECTRIC SKILLET IF YOU HAVE ONE
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS,PEPPERS AND GARLIC TILL TENDER
  5. NEXT SLIGHTLY BROWN RAW WHITE RICE IN THIS MIXTURE(DO NOT DRAIN)
  6. POUR IN TOMATOES,WATER SALT,PEPPER AND WORCESTERHIRE SAUCE
  7. PLACE CHICKEN ON TOP OF MIXTURE
  8. COVER AND COOK (1-1/4) HOURS AT 225-250 DEGREES
  9. STIR ONLY ONCE DURING THIS TIME.
  10. YOU COULD BAKE THIS IN YOUR OVEN
