- (1-1/2) CUPS raw rice shopping list
- (1) CAN OF TOMAOES OR FOUR LARGE tomatoes shopping list
- (1)TABLE SPOON OF WORCESTERCHIRE SAUCE shopping list
- (2-1/2) CUPS OF water shopping list
- (1) LARGE chicken - CUT UP shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- (1/4)-(1/2) CUPOF COOKING oil shopping list
How to make it
- LIGHTLY FLOUR CHICKEN AND BROWN INOIL
- AFTER BROWNING REMOVE FROM PAN
- USE AN ELECTRIC SKILLET IF YOU HAVE ONE
- ADD CHOPPED ONIONS,PEPPERS AND GARLIC TILL TENDER
- NEXT SLIGHTLY BROWN RAW WHITE RICE IN THIS MIXTURE(DO NOT DRAIN)
- POUR IN TOMATOES,WATER SALT,PEPPER AND WORCESTERHIRE SAUCE
- PLACE CHICKEN ON TOP OF MIXTURE
- COVER AND COOK (1-1/4) HOURS AT 225-250 DEGREES
- STIR ONLY ONCE DURING THIS TIME.
- YOU COULD BAKE THIS IN YOUR OVEN
