Awesome way to eat sweet potatoes. These are so good. I serve them with ham. Everyone loves them. Hope you do to.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon margarine melted
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Layer potatoes in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Add any remaining liquid from bowl and cover dish with foil.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
