How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
  • In medium bowl combine flour and butter then cut in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in walnuts, Worcestershire and cheese.
  • Add water 1 tablespoon at a time while tossing and mixing lightly with a fork.
  • Keep adding water until dough is just moist enough to form a ball when pressed together.
  • On a lightly floured surface roll dough to 1/8".
  • Cut into desired shapes and place 1" apart on greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Immediately remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire rack.
