Banana Split Cheesecake Squares

This is a very good dessert, servings depend on how big or small you cut these. Enjoy
Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted butter shopping list
- ¼ cup sugar shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese shopping list
- ¾ cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- ½ cup mashed banana shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 cup sliced strawberries shopping list
- 1 banana, sliced, tossed with 1 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto bottom of 13x9x2 pan.
- Filling:
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on
- medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Topping:
- Top with strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cut into squares.
