Ground Beef And Vegetable Soup Recipe

	Rottman / All my dishes 1 year, 3 months ago I don't recall where I found this recipe, but it's become a requested favorite. The mustard is a key seasoning that gives this soup it's unique flavors. Prep:30m Cook:420m Servings:4	Rottman

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lg onion; chopped

2 cl garlic; minced

1 16 oz can whole tomatoes

2 st celery; diced

1 md potatoes; diced

1 lg carrot; chopped

2 tb rice

4 c water

2 cu beef bouillon

1/2 c Ketchup

1 c corn (frozen)

1 c baby lima beans (frozen)

2 ts brown sugar; loose packed

1/2 ts dried mustard

1/2 ts celery salt

1/2 ts thyme

1 bay leaf

1/4 ts black pepper

1/4 ts salt

Directions

Combine onion, garlic, and beef. Cook in skillet until brown. Transfer to a crock pot, add remaining ingredients, cook 7-8 hours over low heat.
