Individual Cookie Tiramisu

Saw this at a dinner party, had to have the recipe. So easy and so good!
Ingredients
- 20 approx, vanilla wafers or chocolate cookies shopping list
- 1/3 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 8 oz marscarpone cheese shopping list
- dash vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup fresh red raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cheese, cream and sugar and vanilla medium high speed to to stiff peaks.
- Pipe or dollop some cream mixture over each cookie.
- Top with a red raspberry
- Serve at once.
