Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter over med low heat in saute pan
  • Add shallots and ginger and saute until shallots are tender
  • Add key lime juice, white wine, honey, salt, and pepper
  • Reduce mixture by 50 %
  • Remove from heat
  • Brush glaze over chicken
  • Cook over medium heat until done basting occasionally

    This sounds relly good!! I haven't been able to find key lime in my neck of the Desert tho :( Might just use lime juice...maybe???
