Chicken with Wine Sauce

- 1tsp paprika shopping list
- 1tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp black pepper shopping list
- 4 skinless,boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- Sauce; shopping list
- 1/4c por or other sweet red wine shopping list
- 1/4c fat-free,sodium -reduced chicken broth shopping list
- 1Tbs butter shopping list
- Garnish: shopping list
- 1/4c crumbled gorgonzola cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Combine paprika,thyme,salt and pepper;rub evenly over chicken. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to the pan;cook 4 minson each side or until done.
- To prepare sauce,combine port and broth in small saucepan;bring to a boil. Reduce heat;simmer 3 mins or till reduced to 1/4c. Remove from heat;stir in butter till melted. Spoon sauce over chicken,and sprinkle with cheese.
