Chicken with Wine Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Combine paprika,thyme,salt and pepper;rub evenly over chicken. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to the pan;cook 4 minson each side or until done.
  • To prepare sauce,combine port and broth in small saucepan;bring to a boil. Reduce heat;simmer 3 mins or till reduced to 1/4c. Remove from heat;stir in butter till melted. Spoon sauce over chicken,and sprinkle with cheese.
