Ingredients

How to make it

  • Over medium heat sauté onion seasoned with a pinch of Kosher salt in 2 tbsp of oil.
  • Once onion begins to soften and cook, add garlic and jalapeños, and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Increase heat to medium-high and add ground turkey to pan. Break turkey up and cook until browned; about 7-10 minutes.
  • Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, molasses, and brown sugar directly to pan, and stir to combine.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally (if sauce seems to be sticking to the pan, but is not thick enough yet, reduce heat a bit more, and stir more often).
  • Serve with rolls and cheese of your choice.

We didn't have any jalapenos in the house so I used red pepper flakes instead (Kept adding till the boyfriend said it was good :D). And it still turned out fantastic. Delicious.
