Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 Cup crushed pineapple,drained well shopping list
- 3 oz of baking chocolate,melted shopping list
- 1/2Cup nuts,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter,sugar,eggs and vanilla,blend well.
- Combine flour,baking powder,salt and cinnamon,add to creamed mixture.
- Remove 1-1/4 Cups of batter and mix with pineapple.
- Add chocolate and nuts to reamining batter.
- Spread chocolate batter in a greased 13x9x2" pan.
- Spread pineapple mixture over chocolate mixture.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool and frost with your favorite Chocolate frosting
