How to make it

  • Heat a large skilled over medium high. Put your olive oil in the pan and let it heat up.
  • Add onion and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Make sure not to burn the garlic or it gets bitter. You might need to lower the heat.
  • Add the red bell pepper and cook until soft.
  • Add your already cooked meat and corn and heat through.
  • Toss with the rice and add more olive oil if too dry.
  • Season well and enjoy!
